Before you cancel or request a refund, I’d love to know what went wrong — if you ran into an issue or you’re looking for a specific feature but couldn’t find it, please let me know. Often times the feature you’re looking for already exists in the app or extension and I can help you find and use it, or if it’s a feature that should be in the app, let me know so I can work on adding it.
One of the benefits of being an indie developer is that you’re communicating directly with the person who makes CardPointers, and I want to make it great for you, and all the other users, so your feedback really matters. You can email me directly at email@example.com and I reply to every email myself.
Most of the apps have a Manage Subscription link in the app’s Settings screen, as well as via the cardpointers.com/account page which will take you directly to the page that you need to cancel your subscription.
When you cancel, you’ll still continue to have full use of all of the Pro features for the duration of your subscription.
