How do I link my purchase to my account?

If you've done a direct purchase through Stripe (not via the App Store or Google Play), the system will try to link your account automatically, but there are a number of reasons why that might not work. Here's how to link your purchase to your active account:


  1. Open the auto-link URL which was shown after checkout and emailed to you on the device in which you've installed CardPointers v6.3+
  2. The link will look like cardpointers.com/pro/autolink/x
  3. When opened on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Android device, it will automatically open the CardPointers app and make the link between your purchase and your active account.
  4. If you are using the extension, that link will work in the browser in which you've installed the extension, too. After linking an extension, follow these steps to immediately refresh your entitlement: https://cardpointers.com/help/extension/refresh
  5. If you still see an Upgrade banner or screen in the app, just scroll to the bottom and tap on Restore Purchase to do just that: https://cardpointers.com/help/account
