How do I delete my account?

This one doesn't come up often (thankfully!), but if you ran into any problems with the app or extension, please do reach out to support@cardpointers.com first so I can assist with any issues (and I always appreciate product feedback if you couldn't find a feature you were looking for).

If you're wanting to merge two accounts, please email support as well instead, it's much easier to do that before you delete your data for one account.

If you still wish to delete your account, you can do so using any of the native apps by opening the Settings screen, then scrolling to the bottom where you'll find a Delete Account button. Tap (or tap and hold depending on the platform), confirm, and your account will be fully deleted.
