Chase Offers stuck on "Loading Offers..."

This problem should now be resolved with v6.1.2 of the extension, which is now available for Chrome and for Safari with CardPointers v6.2, so please first check for an update there.

If you're still having trouble syncing your Chase Offers and it gets stuck on "Loading Offers..." for more than a few seconds, please follow these steps:


  1. Refresh the page and try again; that should solve most issues as the problem indicates a problem making a network call to Chase's servers.
  2. If that doesn't work try tapping the Open Offers with CardPointers on the Chase account homepage, and not from the Offers page. For some reason a few users have had an issue when using the button from the Offers page which I am looking into, but this workaround has solved all edge-case issues so far.
