Chase Offers stuck on "Loading Offers..."
If you're having trouble syncing your Chase Offers and it gets stuck on "Loading Offers..." for more than a few seconds, please follow these steps:
- Refresh the page and try again; that should solve most issues as the problem indicates a problem making a network call to Chase's servers.
- If that doesn't work try tapping the Open Offers with CardPointers on the Chase account homepage, and not from the Offers page. For some reason a few users have had an issue when using the button from the Offers page which I am looking into, but this workaround has solved all edge-case issues so far.
