Chase Offers not being credited

Some time between late 2023 and early 2024, Chase gradually switched offers providers for all users, causing various bugs in their systems.

The result is that sometimes Chase's back-end system doesn't see offers added to cardholders' accounts, even when you can see them actively added on their website.

If Chase doesn't honor an added offer for some reason, definitely push back on them that it was added properly, and that it needs to be honored as there's obviously a bug in the sync system between the old and new offers systems.
