Can I add multiple versions of the same card?

Yes, this was added in 2021, and it’s a great technique used to maximize the points earned across user-selectable categories like the Bank of America Cash Rewards card, as well as maximizing great offers which are otherwise capped per card. Just tap on Add Card, then select the extra card you want to add; you can also tap on the square number next to the card name and then type in how many more you want to add.
