Why don't you have my card in the app?
With over 5,000 cards in the database, chances are pretty high that the card is already in the app, but under a slightly different name.
Try searching by bank name first, and then part of the card name, to see if that works.
If you still can't find the card, please add it as a New Card, and you can set up its benefits manually; extra information will be added to the card during a review process on all new card submissions. My goal is to have every single credit card available, with accurate information, so please do let me know about any missing cards, no matter how obscure.
And if you live in a country other than the U.S., change your region in the app's Settings, and then you can find (or add!) any missing cards.
