Unable to add or delete cards

A quick fix for a bug affecting some users upgrading from v3 to v4

If you see an endless spinner when trying to add a card, or you’re not able to delete a card, you’ve likely hit an edge-case bug which is being actively worked on, caused by something being corrupted when upgrading from v3 to v4.

 

Please try these steps if that’s happened to you:

  • Open the app, tap on the Settings icon, then tap on Sign Out
  • Log back into the app using the same method you had logged in with before (e.g. Sign in with Apple, or your email/password)
 

If you continue to experience this same problem, please follow these exact steps:

  • Open the app, tap on the Settings icon, then tap on Sign Out
  • Delete the app from your phone entirely
  • Download a new copy of the app from the App Store
  • Log back into the app using the same method you had logged in with before (e.g. Sign in with Apple, or your email/password)
