Unable to add or delete cards

If you see an endless spinner when trying to add a card, or you’re not able to delete a card, you’ve likely hit an edge-case bug which I’ve been unable to track down or reproduce locally, caused by something being corrupted when upgrading from v3 to v4, but there is an easy, permanent fix.

 Please try these steps if that’s happened to you:
  • Open the app, tap on the Settings icon, then tap on Sign Out
  • Log back into the app using the same method you had logged in with before (e.g. Sign in with Apple, or your email/password)

If you continue to experience this same problem, please follow these exact steps:

  • Open the app, tap on the Settings icon, then tap on Sign Out
  • Delete the app from your phone entirely
  • Download a new copy of the app from the App Store
  • Log back into the app using the same method you had logged in with before (e.g. Sign in with Apple, or your email/password)
